Engagement

Recognizing the training, skill and focus required to deliver to our customers, each year, we hold the Bradford Olympics, a competitive program of skills testing. The best of the best team members from each of our facilities across the United States come together to compete in truck maneuvers, pallet jack prowess, and other super skills disguised in our everyday work. Not only are coveted medals and bragging rights at stake, most importantly, the Bradford Olympics offers the opportunity for networking, for team members across all our locations to get together to celebrate our unique talents.

Community Partnerships

Our customer relationships at the airports go well beyond providing contracted services. So many needs arise for which true partnership demands that we step up. Showing up amazing for our customers often takes the form of unconventional support – such as transporting prepped food items for the Annual Kansas City Airport BBQ, airport readiness for the Super Bowl, and hurricane preparedness.

At Bradford, we believe that we are so much more than amazing partners to our customers…at each of our locations, we are community partners as well….

Each year, Bradford locations take on strategic philanthropic projects aimed at addressing the needs of our community. Whether through toy collection/delivery to kids in need, serving meals to vulnerable communities, or park clean up, we are honored to have the opportunity to invest in a culture that extends beyond the warehouse or the airport. Our service to our communities allows us to look beyond ourselves and ‘show up amazing’ every day.
